Healthy Friends Fitness Parties

*** Join us for the Kickoff on February 15th at 6:30 ***

In the comfort of your home or our studio enjoy nutrition and trainer talk, exercise and healthy meals while gathering with your friends. You can personalize your party so it will meet the needs of you and your friends as well as choose from a menu of topics and themes. As the host of the party you can easily earn free personal training and nutritional coaching sessions.

Progressive Workout Program

This program is geared towards individuals beginning an exercise program or who are rehabbing and need to focus on how to strengthen the abdominal muscles and the core, including hip mobility and strengthening. There will also be a 15 minute cardio component. This program will meet twice a week for 4 weeks

TRX Programs

Our TRX programs run for 6 weeks or you can pay as you go:

Small Group Training

An alternative to one-on-one training. Our small group training offers the benefits of working with a personal trainer at a fraction of the cost of the private rate.
