| Yoga is a journey, and each of our journeys will differ. Let your journey become a road map for each other from which we will all grow together. Hatha Yoga - Hatha yoga is simply a form of yoga in which all forms of movement are based on. Hatha prepares the body for the spiritual path via physical and breathing exercises. The main component of this yoga discipline is the asanas (yoga postures). asanas are special postures of the body that strengthen, purify and balance the endocrine, nervous, and circulatory systems. Teen Yoga Yoga for teens ages 13-18. This is an 8 week program. Triyoga Fundamentals include relaxation, wave-like spinal movements and economy of motion. Increase your knowledge of posture and flow, as well as increase your strength, flexibility, endurance and breath control. 13 week semesters Pre-natal Yoga A safe exercise program that follows the ACOG guidelines and traditional yoga moves in a safe and effective format. |
