Pilates
The pilates method is a combination of stretching and strengthening
exercises developed by Joseph Pilates.  In addition to muscle toning,
stretching, and relaxation, pilates develops core abdominal strength,
so that when active, your skeleton is supported and your spine is
protected.

Pilates not only improves posture making you stand straighter and
taller, but it also works muscles in the legs, botton, abdominals, and
upper body.

We also offer one on one classes on the Pilates Reformer.

Pilates Reformer Pricing:

Private Sessions - $10 sessions $499
Semi-private Sessions - 10 sessions $250
Cardiovascular Fitness $399 - 2X/week, 8 weeks
These are 30 minute sessions and provide rebounding
work for post-rehab and general cardiovascular
fitness or cross training
