Pre-natal Yoga;  This is a 8 week program, please sign-up in
advance or call for availability

Kids Yoga: This class is for ages 5-8 years old.  
Thursdays at 9:30AM

Stroller Class:  this class will incorporate all the components of
fitness.  We will satart with a power walk outdoors, strengthening exercises,
core training and stretching.  The class is never cancelled, if it rains we will
stroll indoors.  

BOSU classes are a 6 week program a small group training of  4
participants.  A BOSU is an acronym for both sides up - 1/2 physioball
mounted on a solid platform, it can be utilized from either side.
If you are Looking for something new or challenging this is what you
have been looking for!

BOSU stretch and strengthen:  This class is based on yoga sun
salutation and pilates movements.  This class will challenge your
stabilizing strength, improve your balance and flexibility.


Hip Hop:  An 8 week program meets Wednesdays 6:30PM.
Hip Hop is a great Cardiovascular workout, high energy and lots of
fun!  Do not worry, you do not have to know how to dance or have
any dance background, a great alternative for a cardio workout.
